DNA-High Performance Culture Program

Recently, a team from Supervielle team along with the help of consultants from Deloitte & Co. implemented a program in order to improve the BPM services of the company. The program called ‘DNA-High Performance Culture program’ has helped the organization generate considerable business outcome through business process management. These outcomes have improved time-to-market, reduced cost-to-income and improved customer service.

The Retail Project Sales Business Process Management project has resulted in the reduction of the customer service time by around 70 percent and lowered operating costs by around 20 percent. In addition, this has curtailed document transportation and printing has also been reduced by 50 percent.

The program also reduced the amount of human interaction needed for transactions. Transactions that needed human intervention to give approval in customer scoring and credit analysis was reduced from 50% to 5%.

As a result of all this, the company has showcased excellent business outcomes which are BPM-driven. The program was led by Veronica Vidal Riera who is process architecture manager at Banco Supervielle.

It defines and prioritized the process map of the bank with the organization strategy as the basis. After the Definition phase was done with, the goal was to redefine completely the support and commercial processes of the bank with a customer-centric approach.

Gartner Inc. has announced Banco Supervielle as one of the winners of the Gartner BPM Excellence Awards in North America. The company will describe about the program that won it ‘Best Business Outcome Driven by BPM’, one of the Gartner BPM Excellence awards, at Gartner BPM Summit taking place from April 2 to 4 at Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, National Harbor in Maryland.
