Large cities in India are facing challenges associated with urbanisation – lowering of quality of life, the fight for limited resources, talent shortages etc.

Skilled professionals are incresingly becoming scarce in the mega cities of India leading to higher atrition rates. Hence companies are looking at alternate cities. Usually attrition is lower in Tier-II and Tier-II cities. Also, the cost of operation is far lower than Tier-I cities.
