The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) has released the list of top BPO service providers for 2013. Many Indian companies have made it to the top 10. ISS leads the list of outsourcing players in the global scenario followed by Accenture and Wipro close on its heels.

The ranking has dispelled any uncertainty regarding the position of Asia and, in particular, India on the global BPO map.
