ADP acquires RPO Company RightThing

ROSELAND, N.J; October 11, 2011: One of the biggest global players in HR outsourcing, ADP has decided to acquire The RightThing; North American based Recruitment Process Outsourcing provider which was established way back in 1990. The announcement was made yesterday, 10th October by the top officials of the company.  

Today ADP holds about $ 10 billion revenue and has immense experience in providing services to clients across the globe which will come around 570,000. The acquisition will help the company to increase its market potential along with enhancement of its applicant tracking and talent management services which is in huge demand today in the outsourcing industry. This will also leverage ADB to come up with more end to end solutions for existing as well as upcoming clients.    

The RightThing is a very well established organization and hold potential work force with great experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing. Acquiring such a well established company will help us to increase the company’s client base especially in the small and medial enterprise sector, said Regina Lee. Regina Lee is the president of ADP who also stated that entering into complementary market is a strategic approach adopted to grow the company as well as benefit the clients with critical solutions. In the current scenario there is a huge demand in talent management and other Human resource related solutions and services.

Clients are always particular about what new and unique could the service provider can deliver which will help them in recruitment processes. There is also increase in demand among upcoming and domestic players who are looking forward to enter the global market. To meet the requirement of such clients the acquisition will definitely help, another spokes person from the company said. Integrated HR solutions are in high demand; HR organizations are more focused and looking forward for vendors who provide both cost effective and scalable recruitment models.

Legal formalities and other agreement conditions have not been disclosed by both companies for the time being. As far as top executives of ADP are concern, they are considering the acquisition as a step ahead for there long run achievement of corporate goals and strategies.  The company is basically into Human Resource outsourcing and well equipped to deliver many services such as tax & compliance services and computing solution for vehicles. ADP also deals with benefits administration and payroll services.
