    In a recent acquisition Mahindra Satyam has bought vCustomer, a Business Process Outsourcing company, which is head quartered in Washington, US. The acquisition is worth USD 27 million. It is learned that Mahindra Satyam has taken over the total ownership of the BPO’s international operations. This acquisition is first of its kind after Satyam’s take over by Mahindra.
  • 7 Budget Recommendations from NASSCOM for BPO Industry in India
    In an attempt to aid the growth of Information Technology and Business Process Outsourcing industry in India, NASSCOM has raised the concerns shared by the industry to the central government. The recommendations have been submitted to the central government for consideration, so that appropriate steps can be taken by the government in the Union Budget 2012.
